​Originally from the suburbs of Montreal, Frédéric discovered the world of circus at the age of eight, drawn by the diversity of disciplines. He trained at the National Circus School of Montreal, specializing in hoop diving and hand to hand with Matthieu Larose. Together, they push the boundaries of their disciplines by designing bouncing blocks, offering a range of physical possibilities and an innovative approach to the stage space.

Since graduating, Frédéric has worked with Cirque du Soleil and participated in the closing ceremony of the 2024 Paris Olympics.​​​​​
